Job Summary
Act as the primary contact for the supervisory authority ESMA regarding ISS Corporate AB activities under the EU Green Bonds Regulation. Assess regulatory implications for business lines and support implementation across EU Green Bonds, ESG Rating, Market Abuse, Benchmark, and Sustainable Finance regulations. Contribute to the Compliance Management System by maintaining legal inventories, supporting control testing, and mitigating compliance findings. Draft and review policies, guidelines, and procedures while developing and delivering training on material regulatory topics. Coordinate external audits, conduct client due diligence, and provide accurate reporting to management and stakeholders. Work closely with business lines to achieve ongoing compliance with all material requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Law
- At least 3+ years of experience within the financial services industry
- Experience with providers of financial data or asset managers
- Compliance experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Independent initiative and critical thinking skills
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office
