Job Summary
Support Flexential's ESG program within Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) by driving benchmarking, gap analysis, and development of ESG reporting framework. Lead peer disclosures reviews, assist in climate risk assessments across physical and transition risk domains, conduct regulatory and public policy research impacting data centers, compile and structure data aligned with ERM practices, and deliver executive-ready outputs such as ESG Benchmarking & Gap Assessment Reports and climate risk support packages.
