ESG Assurance & Advisory Manager

Job Summary
Lead ESG assurance engagements managing limited assurance on CSRD sustainability statements, greenhouse gas emissions, and ESG KPIs. Apply expertise to conduct risk assessments, evaluate evidence, and assess reporting processes for complex sustainability topics. Act as a trusted advisor by engaging clients on methodologies, governance structures, and emerging requirements. Contribute to advisory projects including CSRD readiness assessments, double materiality assessments, and carbon footprinting exercises. Manage and coach multidisciplinary teams by reviewing deliverables and providing technical guidance. Drive quality and innovation by developing internal methodologies and market offerings. Support business development by identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in ESG assurance, financial audit, sustainability consulting or a related field
- Strong knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and standards, including CSRD, ESRS and the GHG Protocol
- Experience managing projects and coordinating teams in a client-facing environment
- Comfortable discussing technical topics with both operational stakeholders and senior management
- Combine technical expertise with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
