Job Summary
Conduct market and regulatory research on sustainable finance trends, including EU action plans, labels, and non-financial reporting standards. Advise clients on implementing the European sustainable finance framework (SFDR, Taxonomy, AMF doctrine, CSRD) for fund structuring and ESG reporting (SFDR, TCFD, Article 29 LEC). Review, evaluate, and draft sustainability impact reports, ESG policies, and risk management devices. Support asset managers in strategic decisions from ESG priority definition to operational investment strategy implementation, including data provider selection and governance reviews. Develop innovative service offerings in sustainability and portfolio alignment while managing ad-hoc missions related to evolving regulatory frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in economics, finance, law, or a related field with a specialization or track dedicated to sustainable development
- Good understanding of extra-financial approaches deployed in the context of asset management, including sustainability risk management, responsible investment, and consideration of negative externalities
- First successful experience (+/- 2 years) in a consulting firm, asset management company, or financial sector service provider, ideally on ESG and sustainable finance subjects in France
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills, particularly in report writing
- Fluency in French and English
- Solid analytical mindset
- Mastery of computer tools and artificial intelligence, particularly Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access), to contribute to the development of dedicated tools
