Job Summary
Lead and execute the Business wide Electro Static Discharge Management System across 9 manufacturing sites. Drive compliance with ANSI/ESD S20.20 and IEC 61340 standards; conduct factory audits and workstation evaluations; investigate ESD/EOS-related product failures; develop corrective and preventive actions; train manufacturing associates on ESD best practices; manage grounding, ionization, packaging and material controls; analyze trends and recommend process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- BS or BA Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 5+ years of ESD experience in Manufacturing or electronics
