Escrow Technician / Closing Scheduler

Schedule residential purchase and refinance closings, coordinating appointments with buyers, sellers, Realtors, lenders, and attorneys. Prepare files for upcoming closings, monitor transaction timelines, and follow up on outstanding items. Answer incoming calls, welcome clients, and communicate with all parties to keep everyone informed throughout the transaction. Assist the closing team with administrative and escrow-related tasks while supporting teammates to keep the office running smoothly.
