Job Summary
Track and complete escalated escrow tasks, resolve complex inquiries, and communicate with internal and external clients. Monitor the entire escrow process to ensure compliance with state, federal, and investor guidelines while leading audit exception research and resolution. Manage training for escrow specialists, including new hires and process updates, and prepare reports for management on transfers and open items. Streamline department processes and monitor vendor performance to maintain business rule compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years loan servicing experience
- Demonstrated Leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive
- Ability to problem solve and research issues when needed
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows applications
- Ability to sustain predictable work attendance
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, and use arms, hands and fingers to reach, handle or touch
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Close vision
- Ability to adjust focus
