Job Summary
Manage and maintain escrow accounts by analyzing financial data and facilitating fund disbursement for property taxes, insurance, and other obligations. Process hazard, flood, MIP/PMI, and tax payments while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve escrow account issues and prioritize shifting tasks in a fast-paced environment. Requires 1+ years in mortgage servicing and escrow, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years' experience in the mortgage servicing industry
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years' experience in Escrow
- 1+ years' experience working in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and Power Point)
- MSP experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Good judgement with the ability to evaluate and make decisions
- Strong time management skills
