Job Summary
Escrow Processor at Advantage Title & Escrow in Arkansas. Responsibilities include directly communicating with clients, borrowers, real estate agents, lenders, and banks throughout the title process; ordering payoffs, clearing title requirements, and gathering all seller/buyer/lender/agent information required for closing; contributing to timely documentation delivery; preparing Closing Disclosure, ALTA Settlement Statement, and HUD-1 (where applicable); assisting Closing Officers with closings, reviewing title commitments for requirements, ordering documents, faxing, and invoicing; handling inquiries from customers and professionals to resolve discrepancies; and building strong partnerships with local lenders, realtors, and attorneys.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year experience in clerical/administrative/bookkeeping/banking/title/real estate preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Ability to work in web-based environment
- Ability to manage multiple files
