Escrow Processor/Closer

Assist REALTORs, lenders, attorneys, and clients in resolving title issues by reading and understanding title insurance commitments. Prepare closing documents, work with lenders to prepare Closing Disclosures and Settlement Statements, and facilitate escrow closings on behalf of the company. Disburse settlement packages through completion while maintaining confidentiality and utilizing strong computer skills. A Notary Public license is required; experience in the real estate industry is preferred. This role demands hard work, multitasking in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, and strong communication abilities for all written and oral interactions.
