Job Summary
Escrow Officer responsible for conducting buyer and seller closings, coordinating remote closings, preparing CDs and closing documents, reviewing and clearing title issues, training new employees, scheduling closings, and serving as the main point of contact for lenders, real estate agents, and outside parties for assigned files. Includes coordinating with buyers/sellers/realtors and lenders, gathering required documentation, and ensuring disbursement requirements are met.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in escrow or real estate closing processes preferred
- Ability to manage multiple closings and coordinate with lenders, buyers, sellers, and attorneys
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Training new employees in closing procedures
