Job Summary
Escrow Officer Representative responsible for managing the escrow process from contract inception through closing, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant handling of paperwork; verifying titles, coordinating with lenders, underwriters, agents, buyers, and sellers; funding and closing transactions; building and maintaining professional relationships; mentoring escrow assistants; and presenting a positive, smooth closing experience for agents and clients. Day shift in WA with duties spanning contract review, documentation control, lender coordination, and post-closing follow-through.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years of escrow experience, both front- and back-end experience
- Notary public and escrow officer licenses
- Technical knowledge of closing process
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; continuing education as required
