Job Summary
Review contracts and verify paperwork to ensure timely, error-free escrow closings. Work with agents, lenders, and underwriters to fund transactions and confirm clean titles. Manage multiple contracts under deadline pressure while identifying and resolving potential issues. Build relationships with industry players and train assistants to maintain smooth operations. Be present at closing to deliver a positive experience for all parties involved.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years of escrow experience
- front-end experience
- back-end experience
- Notary public license
- escrow officer license
- Technical knowledge of closing process
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong written and verbal skills
Desired Qualifications
- One year of escrow closing experience
- An existing client base that will follow them to our company
