Escrow Officer Representative - San Francisco, CA

Review contracts, verify paperwork, and ensure titles are clean and taxes are paid to keep transactions moving forward. Work with agents, lenders, and underwriters to fund and complete transactions while maintaining clean titles. Establish relationships with industry players including attorneys and surveyors to manage transactions smoothly. Train escrow assistants, delegate work, and audit tasks to support team growth. Be present at closing to ensure a positive experience for buyers and sellers. This role requires two to three years of escrow experience, Notary and escrow officer licenses, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
