Job Summary
Escrow Officer Representative in McKinney, TX responsible for guiding contracts from initial review to final closing. Verify paperwork, ensure title clearance, taxes paid, and funding; coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and underwriters to move transactions forward. Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, mentor escrow assistants, and participate in the closing to deliver a positive experience for agents and buyers. Requires notary public and escrow officer licenses, plus 2-3 years of escrow experience; strong organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; continuing education as required
- Experience: Two to three years of escrow experience, both front- and back-end experience
- Certification: Notary public and escrow officer licenses
- Industry awareness: Technical knowledge of closing process
- Computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Communications skills: Strong written and verbal skills
