Escrow Officer Representative - Danville, CA

Job Summary
Review contracts, verify paperwork, and ensure titles are clean, taxes are paid, and loans are funded to keep transactions moving from beginning to end. Work with agents, lenders, and underwriters to resolve issues, maintain relationships with attorneys and government agencies, and reach out to new agents for business development. Train escrow assistants by delegating work, auditing tasks, and providing direction while ensuring all terms are carried to completion. Be present at closing to make the experience positive for buyers and sellers. Requires two to three years of escrow experience, Notary and escrow officer licenses, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years of escrow experience

- back-end experience
- Notary public license

- Technical knowledge of closing process
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong written and verbal skills
