Job Summary
Execute closed transactions in a timely, efficient, and error-free manner by communicating with internal teams and clients. Process files, prepare CD's/HUD's, and complete all necessary paperwork and closing documents. Obtain lender approvals, order updates, and determine clearance to close. Build business, service clients successfully, and establish professional working relationships with Sales Reps to increase the customer base. Assist team members proactively while maintaining a positive company image through professional conduct. This role requires a licensed Escrow Officer with at least five years of direct experience, Microsoft Suite proficiency, and on-site presence in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Required Qualifications
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- Must successfully apply for Escrow Officer License once onboard with the Company, if not already licensed
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience as an Escrow Officer/Closer
- Technical and confident knowledge of the closing process
- Microsoft Suite proficient
- This is not a work from home position
