Job Summary
Manage residential, commercial, and national transactions by preparing and presenting closing documents while coordinating closings, recordings, and disbursements. Communicate with all parties involved to ensure accuracy, compliance with contracts and regulations, and a professional representation of the company. Perform notary duties and maintain a strong client experience throughout the process. This role requires 1β2 years of escrow or real estate experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow software.
