Job Summary
As an Escrow Officer, you will manage your own book of business within the Phoenix Valley area. Responsibilities include maintaining a minimum monthly volume of $15,000 in escrow fees, attracting clients through lead follow-ups, and processing escrow transactions according to established guidelines. You will need to have strong organizational and communication skills, a thorough understanding of the escrow process, and comply with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years recent escrow experience as Escrow Officer or Junior Escrow Officer, handling sales files from beginning to end
Desired Qualifications
- College Degree preferred
- Tech Savvy - someone who can learn new systems.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Exceptional communication skills: written, telephone and in person
- Commitment to excellent client service and excellent follow-up skills
- Strong computer skills and experience working with paperless escrow processes
