Job Summary
The Escrow Officer is responsible for managing and facilitating the closing of real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during the property ownership transfer. Key duties include reviewing agreements, preparing escrow instructions, collecting and verifying documentation, coordinating with lenders, and preparing closing statements. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, proven experience in escrow or real estate, proficiency with Ramquest software, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently. Knowledge of relevant laws and industry practices is essential.
