Job Summary
Escrow Manager leads and develops a team of Escrow Officers to coordinate the preparation and execution of closing documents for real estate transactions with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate professionals. Oversees the accurate and timely disbursement of funds while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements. Cultivates and maintains relationships with agents and clients, supporting business growth through networking, community engagement, and participation in industry events. Represents Caliber Title at Keller Williams office events and industry networking functions; acts as liaison between Realtors and lenders; enters closing figures and balances files in Resware; reviews title commitments and mortgage payoffs; prepares closing documents; attends closings and ensures proper execution of the closing package.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years previous title company experience and/or bachelor's degree or established business background
- Active Notary Public commission in the State required
- Strong ability to work professionally and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Thrives in a customer service–focused role with a strong client service mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Open to feedback, adaptable, and willing to learn
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple files and competing work demands in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential information and maintain data security and discretion
