Job Summary
Escrow Deposit Relationship Manager responsible for managing and growing the escrow deposit portfolio, serving as the primary contact for escrow clients including law firms, real estate professionals, and corporate clients. Oversees onboarding and account maintenance to ensure regulatory compliance, collaborates with operations, compliance, and product teams to deliver tailored escrow solutions, analyzes portfolio performance and market trends, represents the bank at industry events to attract new business, and drives cross-sell of banking products while building strong senior-level client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking, escrow services, or relationship management
- Proven sales track record in generating deposit growth
- Strong business development skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work and thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Experience in working with commercial businesses
- Ability to form effective relationships and achieve influence with senior-level personnel in an organization
- Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills
