Job Summary
Escrow Coordinator at Stewart: Provide escrow services for residential and commercial transactions, supporting closing files and disbursement processes. Assist with disbursement of escrow transactions (printing checks, issuing wires, creating cover letters, final Settlement Statements), review/prepare closing files, balance accounts, and work with lenders, buyers, and escrow officers to ensure accurate disbursement per directions. Perform administrative and support duties within a production center/branch/title team, following clearly defined procedures, communicating with internal/external clients, and operating under supervision. Requires basic communication skills and a customer-service mindset to support diverse real estate transactions; education includes a high school diploma with a preference for a bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of related experience.
