Job Summary
The Escrow Branch Manager is responsible for providing superior escrow services while maximizing profitability through technology, communication, and collaboration. Key responsibilities include developing a profitable escrow desk, preparing or securing necessary documents, disbursing funds, and completing real estate escrow transactions. The role requires a thorough understanding of escrow law, RESPA, TILA, Dodd-Frank, CFPB rules, and ALTA Best Practices. The candidate must possess strong customer service skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Training and mentoring co-workers to enhance the overall work experience at WFG is also an essential part of the job.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to read, write and interpret in English
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and escrow production software e.g. ResWare, RamQuest, AtClose, IClosings and/or others
- Possess five years related experience and/or training
Desired Qualifications
- College degree in business or finance preferred
