Job Summary
The Escrow Branch Manager is responsible for providing superior escrow services by developing a profitable escrow desk and facilitating real estate transactions. This role includes preparing documents, disbursing funds, obtaining clear titles, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Candidates should possess knowledge of escrow law, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. A high school diploma and five years of related experience are required, with a preference for a business or finance degree. The position emphasizes personal growth, teamwork, and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Possess five years related experience and/or training.
- Ability to read, write and interpret in English.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and escrow production software e.g. ResWare, RamQuest, AtClose, IClosings and/or others.
Desired Qualifications
- College degree in business or finance preferred.
