Job Summary
Escrow Assistant supporting the closing process in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Coordinates with the closing representative, agents, buyers, sellers, lawyers, lenders, surveyors, and others to collect, organize, and process documents, prepare loan documents for signing, and ensure timely closing. Maintains files, transmits documents to lenders, and circulates estimated closing statements; emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and clear communication to keep all parties informed and stress-free. Requires strong written/verbal communication, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and a professional demeanor. Education required: high school diploma or equivalent. 1-4 years escrow processing experience preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
