Job Summary
The Escrow Assistant provides administrative support to the Escrow Officer and Executive Title Agency. Responsibilities include communicating with lender, buyer, and selling agent; sending commitments with additional documents to all parties; processing title commitments; reviewing tax certificates for accuracy and calculating unimproved/improved amounts; clearing Schedule C items; assisting the escrow officer; verifying HOA fees; addressing pre-closing transaction issues; and handling a high volume of closings. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of relevant administrative experience; proficient computer skills with MS Office applications. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant administrative experience
- MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) experience
