Job Summary

Prepare and review closing documents, settlement statements, and transaction correspondence to manage real estate transactions from start to finish. Coordinate with lenders, realtors, and title companies to balance transactions, clear title by resolving issues, and disburse funds accurately after verifying all documentation. Maintain organized transaction files in SoftPro, communicate between all transaction parties via phone and email, and assist with post-closing tasks including document recording and file reconciliation. This role requires a Utah title insurance license or willingness to obtain one, with production bonuses tied to team performance. Required Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in title, escrow, or a closely related real estate field
  • Solid working knowledge of escrow processes, including settlement statement preparation, funds disbursement, and document recording
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to catch and correct discrepancies before they become problems
  • Confident communicator with clear, professional written and verbal customer service skills
  • Ability to assist with multiple open files simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to coordinate and assist colleagues across the office
  • Utah title insurance license or willingness to obtain one

  • Maintain organized, up-to-date transaction files in SoftPro throughout the closing process
  • Assist with post-closing tasks, including document recording and file reconciliation
  • Willingness to obtain a Utah title insurance license
