Job Summary
Rigs up and down well site surface rental equipment and accommodations, coordinating on-site installation of housing and semi-permanent water and sewer systems. Performs minor electrical work for vacuums, pumps, light plants, and generators, while inspecting, rebuilding, and troubleshooting equipment per OEM guidelines. Acts as a liaison between sales, operations, and customers to advise on repair or replacement options, maintaining communication regarding product installation issues. Operates heavy machinery if certified and completes all records and documentation in accordance with safety standards. Requires a valid driver's license, Class A CDL, and ability to lift over 50 lbs in an oil and gas environment.
Required Qualifications
- Less than High School Education
- 0-2 years Work Experience
- Ability to communicate and interpret a variety of oral and written instructions
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving history
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Relevant experience as a service technician in the oil and gas industry
- General knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Current relevant HSE certifications
- Class A CDL
