Job Summary
Escalation Manager role to deliver get-well plans to top-tier customers, reduce dissatisfaction, and foster cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. You’ll coordinate with other Keyloop functions to resolve customer issues, balance urgent needs with day-to-day demands, and monitor/escalate risk. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to maximize new business or renewals, and coordinate timely customer feedback while proposing process improvements to prevent future escalations. Key skills include negotiation, strong written and verbal communication, resilience under pressure, and ability to work independently or with a team. Experience in the software industry and knowledge of the automotive market are valued, with fluency in English, and additional languages (French, Portuguese, German, or Dutch) advantageous.
