ES Speech Pathologist

Job Summary
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) needed to provide direct speech and language therapy services across all areas of disorder/delay per student IEPs/504 Plans, conduct screenings and assessments, analyze results, and develop measurable goals. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, drafts IEPs, consults with teachers and parents, identifies and trains staff on assistive technology, maintains confidential records in compliance with MA DESE/ FERPA, and supervises SLPA as needed. Requires MA DESE licensure, SEI endorsement, CCC-SLP, and a Master’s degree; position involves working within a Massachusetts public charter school environment and adhering to district policies.
Required Qualifications
- MA DESE Licensure Requirements: MA DESE Specialist Teacher License for Speech, Language, and Hearing Disorders (All Levels) or eligibility
- Sheltered English Immersion (SEI) Endorsement
- Education: Master’s Degree (M.S. or M.A.) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Professional Licensure: Valid Board of Registration license as a Speech-Language Pathologist from the MA Division of Professional Licensure
- Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) by ASHA
