Job Summary
Deliver lesson plans and instructional materials left by absent teachers, ensuring alignment with the school's curriculum and educational standards. Maintain effective classroom management, fostering a positive and productive learning environment while adapting to various teaching assignments and grade levels as needed. Collaborate with school staff to support student learning and address challenges, communicating pertinent feedback to administrators regarding student performance or classroom experiences. This temporary full-time role supports continuity of education during regular teacher absences. Applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, with teaching licensure preferred.
