Job Summary
The ES Account Executive I focuses on new business and account acquisition for Environmental Solutions, promoting and selling recycling, waste, environmental compliance, and sustainability services. Responsibilities include developing a robust pipeline through proactive outreach and industry networking, understanding customer operations and regulatory requirements to tailor environmental solutions, documenting activities in CRM, staying informed on market trends, maintaining knowledge of services and pricing, and preparing Environmental Service Agreements and pricing proposals. Key skills include technical knowledge of environmental solutions, strong verbal/written communication and presentations, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), relationship-building with customers, and the ability to manage a fast-paced workload.
Required Qualifications
- Technical knowledge with an understanding of environmental solutions and regulatory compliance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to build long-term relationships with customers
- Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) to manage pipeline
- 0-2 years of experience within the waste industry - preferred
- Driver's License
