Job Summary
Program Manager leads end-to-end DoD/government program delivery across CST (cost, schedule, and technical performance), directs cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions, builds program plans, schedules, and budgets (including forecasting and resource planning), serves as primary customer interface to identify growth opportunities, and ensures alignment with contract scope via formal change control; drives risk management, problem resolution, and actionable program reporting to leadership and customers, while complying with ATS processes, quality standards, and government requirements; may manage subcontractors and external partners as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience with government contracts, compliance, and reporting structures
- Ability to obtain or maintain a Secret DoD security clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

- Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar frameworks
