Conduct active, religious-pedagogical work in the early childhood sector within the Open Workshop Pedagogy at Kita St. Salvatoris. Provide age- and group-specific care and companionship for 105 children, including coverage for the nursery and early childhood areas. Independently plan engaging play and educational offerings while collaborating cooperatively with parents. Maintain a respectful, loving approach to children and participate in internal and external training programs. The role involves a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 to 16:00, with full-time or part-time options available.
