Job Summary
Conduct pedagogical care for up to 15 adolescents within a structured daily schedule in facilities located in Storkow and Grünheide. Accompany youths to medical and administrative appointments, organize leisure and sports activities, and manage documentation for development reports. Work in a team comprising educators, social workers, psychologists, and teachers to support youth from initial integration to independent schooling completion. No on-call or night shifts are required.
Required Qualifications
- eine entsprechende Qualifikation als staatlich anerkannter Erzieher oder gleichwertig ausgebildete pädagogische Fachkräfte
- einen Führerschein
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office
