Erzieher - Schulbegleiter (m/w/d)

Accompany children and adolescents with physical, mental, or social-emotional impairments daily in school settings, supporting them throughout lessons and classroom routines. Provide specific assistance based on agreed-upon goals while managing care needs, including nursing support for intellectually or multiply impaired students. Document progress and create reports with a designated contact person. Work within a multiprofessional team, covering a full day from 7:00 to 16:00 or a half-day shift from 8:00 to 12:00. This role offers a long-term, open-ended contract with fixed weekly hours, five-day workweeks, and regular paid training opportunities.
