Job Summary
Conduct age- and group-specific care and support for children, planning engaging play and educational activities with autonomy. Communicate regularly with parents, including developmental conversations. Work full-time, uncommitted, from 7 to 5 PM, covering up to 130 children from infancy through preschool. Enjoy 30 days of vacation plus two regeneration days. The role supports children's development within a Christian values framework at Kita Wulfsdorfer Weg in Ahrensburg, featuring a new facility and strong team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
