Job Summary
Accompany, support, and care for children aged 11 to 19 to foster trust and enable individual development within a residential setting. Manage night readiness and weekend duties as part of a decentralized team structure across 11 individual houses. Prioritize comprehensive care for students with diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASS), ADHD/ADS, and other challenges. Maintain a family atmosphere while collaborating in group settings to ensure safety and growth. Requires Class B driver's license and experience or willingness to train in special needs education. Join our boarding school focused on living, learning, and movement for boys and girls until graduation.
Required Qualifications
