Conduct individual, assistance-plan-oriented care for people with mental illnesses through low-threshold home visits and contact in the target group's mother tongue. Manage cases by creating assistance plans and documentation while maintaining close cooperation with relevant authorities. This role involves working within Hand in Hand zurück ins Leben GmbH's social services, including ASP and SPFH, as a carrier of integration courses and the telc testing center. We seek candidates with a completed vocational training or degree in social work, psychology, or child care, alongside knowledge of German social security laws (SGB IX, SGB VIII). Proficiency in Turkish, Arabic, Kurdish, Persian, Russian, or Polish is prioritized.
