Erzieher*in / Pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (20 bis 30 Stunden / Woche, evt. spätere Aufstockung möglich

Actively accompany and support the individual development of children aged 1-3, while observing and documenting their learning and developmental processes. Collaborate with the broader pedagogical team to design and implement the educational work. This role involves caring for 11 children within a group setting at the Krabbelstube Killekak, a non-profit parent initiative. We offer an open-ended employment contract with performance-based pay according to TVöD Group S8a, including an annual special payment.
