Job Summary
Conduct structured daily care for 80 children, including meal and bath assistance, morning circles, and project-based education aligned with the Berlin educational program. Plan and execute outings while observing each child systematically to derive pedagogical impulses and document results. Manage transitions, Ein- and Umgewöhnungen, and annual development conversations with parents. Collaborate within a stable team to organize external communication and ensure a rhythmic daily routine. Work in a certified "House of Little Researchers" environment emphasizing child autonomy, offering full-time or part-time roles (minimum 30 hours) with TV-L salary and 30 days of vacation.
Required Qualifications
