Job Summary
Plan and implement pedagogical work based on the Nature and Forest Pedagogy concept combined with Montessori Pedagogy within a forest kindergarten group. Coordinate daily activities with team colleagues for 18 children aged 3 to 6 years in an open forest area between Schöngeising and Landsberied, utilizing the indoor multi-purpose room during storms or severe weather. Maintain responsibility for the educational, upbringing, and care of the children while participating in educational offerings and events. Requires a state-certified educator qualification and experience in forest pedagogy. Full-time or part-time employment with TVöD SuE compensation, Munich area allowance, and support for Montessori training.
Required Qualifications
