Job Summary
Conduct daily care and educational support for small learning groups of 5–6 children with diverse special needs within a protected school setting. Develop and implement individual promotion offers while actively shaping a stable, relationship-based learning and living environment. Manage professional crisis intervention and situational action in challenging daily situations alongside multiprofessional teams. Engage in regular exchange with parents, colleagues, and external agencies, with potential deployment in regular class contexts. Work 30–35 hours weekly with a performance-based salary similar to TV-L SuE. The Wedding-Grundschule offers a unique integration model for students previously unable to access traditional special education centers.
Required Qualifications
- staatliche Anerkennung als Erzieherin/Erzieher, Facherzieherin/Facherzieher für Teilhabe und Inklusion oder Heilpädagogin/Heilpädagoge
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Deeskalations- und Konfliktstrategien
- Bereitschaft zur engen Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Kolleg*innen und weiteren beteiligten Fachstellen
- Einfühlungsvermögen und eine zugewandte pädagogische Haltung
Desired Qualifications
- Interesse und idealerweise Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kinder und Jugendlichen im Förderkontext
- Kreativität und Ideenreichtum bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von pädagogischen Gruppenangeboten
