Job Summary
Provide individual support and inclusive participation for a child with special needs within a 6-group setting for children from 4 months. Deliver tailored educational promotion to enable the child's integration into daily group activities while ensuring self-determined exploration of the world. Manage parent communication, maintain educational documentation, and implement the facility-specific violence prevention concept. Develop sustainable projects and original offerings aligned with pedagogical priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung als Erzieher:in, Heilerziehungspfleger:in, Heil-/Kindheitspädagog:in abgeschlossen
- ein Studium für Soziale Arbeit, Erziehungswissenschaft, Sonderpädagogik oder einen vergleichbaren Bereich der Pädagogik
- Begeisterung für Inklusion und Freude daran insbesondere Kinder mit Förderbedarf individuell zu unterstützen
- Kreativität, Motivation und Teamfähigkeit im Kita-Alltag und der Vernetzung mit unseren Kitas
- Wissensdurst für kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Fortbildungen
