Job Summary
Implement the kindergarten's educational concept and fulfill the educational mandate while collaborating on the creation and implementation of support plans within the team. Document support offerings and engage in trust-based work with the team and parents. Perform nursing and housekeeping tasks alongside direct care for a group of 20 children aged 2 to 6, including up to three children with increased special needs support. Work 35 hours per week in a cooperative team environment offering opportunities for professional development and conceptual input.
Required Qualifications
- Staatlich anerkannter Erzieher, Heilerziehungspfleger oder Fachkraft für Integration
- Den Wunsch, gemeinsam Kinder mit besonderen Bedürfnissen zu unterstützen und in ihrer Entwicklung zu fördern
- Flexibilität bei der Arbeitszeitgestaltung
- Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Engagement
