Accompany youth aged 13 to 17 daily from 8 to 22 hours, providing crisis support, leisure time, and weekend outings. Assist adolescents in challenging situations while maintaining a quiet, low-noise environment with minimal supervision ratios. No night shifts are required. Work within a small, motivated team that includes regular meetings and supervision during hours. The role offers flexible vacation schedules with no fixed closing times and 30 days of annual leave. Compensation aligns with TVöD SuE standards, with additional financial benefits after one year. This position expands our pediatric and adolescent department at a private psychotherapeutic clinic near the Lichtentaler Allee.
