Job Summary
Guide clients through their recovery process by providing individual coaching, leading group sessions, and facilitating skill development within a multidisciplinary team. Deliver information and support regarding rehabilitation while utilizing Virtual Reality therapy for client treatment. Help individuals rediscover their strengths, motivations, and perspective in a safe, specialist environment focused on restoring self-regulation. Work 24 hours per week on a one-year contract with opportunities for permanent employment.
Required Qualifications
- HBO Associate Degree Ervaringsdeskundige Zorg en Welzijn (NLQFF 5)
- minimaal twee jaar ervaring als (ex-)cliënt in de GGZ in een professionele rol als ervaringsdeskundige
- vermogen om makkelijk contact te maken en aan te sluiten bij cliënten
- vermogen om cliënten te helpen hun kracht en drijfveren te (her)ontdekken
