Job Summary
Conduct individual conversations and guide clients through daily activities across housing, social contacts, and meaning-making. Organize and lead recovery-focused group activities such as WRAP, HOP, and the 'PraatPlek' group. Actively participate in team meetings to discuss client well-being changes and provide advice based on lived experience to strengthen recovery-oriented work. Work ambulant and outreach in Amsterdam-based FACT teams supporting adults with complex psychiatric and addiction issues.
Required Qualifications
- Je volgt of hebt een hbo-opleiding Ervaringsdeskundigheid afgerond
- Je hebt eigen herstelervaring en kunt deze professioneel inzetten
- Je hebt kennis van herstelgericht werken en rehabilitatie
- Ervaring met WRAP en/of FACT
- Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt goed samenwerken
- Je weet balans te houden tussen betrokkenheid en professionele afstand
- Je denkt creatief en durft 'out of the box' te werken
- Je kunt cliënten stimuleren richting zelfregie en netwerkopbouw
- Let op: kandidaten zonder relevante opleiding kunnen helaas niet worden meegenomen in de procedure
