Facilitate recovery for individuals with severe mental health deterioration and housing instability by translating client interests to the organization and actively contributing to a culture shift toward restorative care. Guide clients in regaining control over their lives while co-facilitating restorative groups and integrating the client's lived experience into multidisciplinary meetings. Represent the client's perspective within the Assertive Community Treatment team and contribute to the development of experiential expertise through the Arkin Experiential Expertise Group.
